Revoke access in QuickBooks

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
2. Open Settings (the gear icon), then Apps, then Manage.
3. Find QB Analyzer in the list of connected apps.
4. Choose Disconnect and confirm.

Access ends immediately. The Software can no longer read the company's data unless it is authorized again.

What happens to stored data

Records already archived by the Studio remain in the Studio's own systems, where they are kept for the record-retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. Authentication tokens are deleted once the connection is revoked.

Requesting deletion

To request deletion of archived data, contact Patten Studio at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Requests are honored except where the Studio is legally required to retain the records.
